Why a Health Coach?

Making the necessary changes to support your health goals can be challenging - making them last can be even more difficult. That's why as a trained Health Coach and Skin and Beauty Expert I will partner with you and keep you moving forward, no matter where you are on your journey to sustainable health.

If you're just getting started in wanting to get healthier, or wanting a more positive body image, I will do more than just help you identify the habits you need to shift in order to achieve optimum wholeness and wellness. I will lay out a plan to get you there. Along the way, I will help you get to the bottom of what's really going on if you get stuck or find yourself plateauing, and provide the needed support to get you back on track.I am rooted in the philosophy that wellness comes from the interaction of many areas of your life. It's not just what you eat that makes you healthy but how you handle stress, how you move your body, do you have loving and supportive relationships, your exposure to environmental toxins, and the mental stories you tell yourself.

As your Coach, I will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve your goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
